SnoreWatch ("the App") is developed and operated by Print Coye Technology (HK) Co., Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency about our data practices.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

SnoreWatch is designed with a privacy-first approach. We do not collect, transmit, or store:

• Audio recordings or microphone data
• Sleep analysis results or snoring data
• Personal health information
• Location data
• Contact information or address books
• Browsing history or usage analytics
• Device identifiers for tracking purposes

3. On-Device Processing

All core features of SnoreWatch operate entirely on your device:

• Audio Recording: Microphone input is processed locally and stored only on your device's local storage.
• Snore Detection: Our AI model (YAMNet) runs on-device to detect snoring events. No audio data is sent to external servers for analysis.
• Sleep Reports: All sleep quality scores, statistics, and reports are generated and stored locally on your device.
• Sleep Sounds: Audio files for sleep sounds are bundled within the App and played locally.

4. Data Storage

All data generated by the App — including recordings, analysis results, sleep diary entries, and settings — is stored locally on your device using the device's built-in storage. This data is not accessible to us or any third party.

You can delete all App data at any time by deleting the App from your device or by using the in-app data management features.

5. Third-Party Services

SnoreWatch does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not use:

• Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
• Advertising SDKs or ad networks
• Social media tracking pixels
• Crash reporting services that collect personal data

6. Microphone Permission

SnoreWatch requires microphone access to record audio during sleep for snore detection. The microphone is only active when you explicitly start a recording session. Audio data captured through the microphone is processed locally and never transmitted over the internet.

7. Notification Permission

SnoreWatch may request permission to send local notifications for alarm and timer features. These notifications are generated locally on your device and do not involve any server communication.

8. Children's Privacy

SnoreWatch is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Since the App does not collect any personal data, there is no risk of inadvertent collection of children's data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
